For those of you interested in shopping and dining, this hotel is located at the new Treasure Valley Marketplace which includes stores such as Costco, Target, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels Craft Store and many others. Several restaurant dining options are also available such as TGI Fridays, Olive Garden and many more. Please note, only Standard King rooms are included in the block. Shilo Inns Suites Hotels

Exhibitor Information
Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the 2012 Idaho Perinatal Project Winter Conference. We are excited to welcome back vendors who have exhibited in the past as well as new vendors.
The cost for each exhibitor display is as follows:
- $500 for one 6-foot table,
- $800 for two 6-foot tables,
- $1000 for Premier Exhibitor status which entitles your company to premium signage and exhibit location,
- $75 for non-profit organizations.

Idaho Perinatal Project (IPP)
Winter Conference 2012
APPLICATION AND CONTRACT FOR TABLE TOP SPACE
- The exhibit area will be available for setting up exhibits beginning at 6:00 a.m. on February 16, 2012. All exhibits need to be set up by 7:00 a.m. on February 16, 2012. Exhibits need to remain up until close of the conference at 3:45 on Friday, February 17, 2012. Exhibits should be staffed at the following times each day:
7:00 am – 7:45 am
10:30 am – 10:45 am
11:45 am – 12:15 pm
1:15 pm – 1:30 pm
2:30 pm – 2:45 pm
- All scheduled breaks will be held in the Exhibit Hall.
- Door Prizes: Due to CME and nursing contact hour regulations, door prizes cannot be announced or awarded in the conference room or during the educational learning time. You may conduct door prizes at your booth. We can assist by listed door prize winner's names at the registration table.
- Fire laws will be strictly observed. Aisles and fire exits cannot be blocked by tables, cables, boxes, or other items.
- Conference participants, faculty, and exhibitors will be admitted to the exhibit area.
- IPP and conference host site management cannot guarantee exhibitors against loss or damage of any kind, but will endeavor to protect the exhibit area according to standard security protection. Depending on site location, exhibit area may or may not be secured.
- Exhibitors will be responsible for moving exhibits into and out of building.
- Exhibitors agree to refrain from pasting, nailing, or otherwise attaching signs or other display materials to walls, doors, backdrops, floors and carpets or other surfaces which in any way mars or defaces them. Any damages caused by the exhibit will be paid by the exhibitor.
- Exhibits should not project beyond the space allocation and should not obstruct the view of or interfere with other exhibits.
- To avoid infringing on others, all interviews, demonstrations, distribution of literature, sales promotions, and other similar activities should be conducted at the exhibitors table.
- Special written agreement must be made in advance with IPP if two or more companies or groups wish to exhibit in a single space.
- In order to receive a refund, written notice of cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the beginning of this activity.
- Other than for educational materials, direct sales involving the exchange of funds in the exhibit areas by any exhibitor or their agent is prohibited.
- IPP will make all space assignments without preconditions and reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and to relocate any exhibitors space.
- Infractions of these terms and conditions on the part of the exhibitor or representatives may result in dismissal from the exhibit area, in which case there will be no refund of fees.
- Space is leased with the understanding that IPP assumes no liability whatever for damages resulting from any act of omission or commission in connection with the exhibition of products or services. The exhibitor and its representatives hereby release Idaho Perinatal Project from any or all liabilities for loss associated with this rental of table top space, ensuing from any cause whatsoever.
- Full payment must be received in order to activate the contract. Payment is accepted in the form of check or credit card. Checks should be made payable and mailed to:
